Pushing the Envelope Honored with 4 Awards at State Public Relations Event
Pushing the Envelope, Inc. (PTE), a local marketing communication firm was recently honored with four awards from the Florida Public Relations Association for public relations excellence. PTE won two Awards of Distinction and two Judges’ Awards.
An Award of Distinction and a Judges’ Award were received for the firm’s annual food drive, CAN IT! Campaign. Another Award of Distinction was earned for the Douglas Stevens, MD marketing communication campaign from 2015, and a final Judges’ Award was earned for work PTE completed on behalf of Scott Fischer Enterprises for their internal social media training.
An Award of Distinction highlights an outstanding public relations program. A Judges’ Award is given for projects that return maximum value with minimal expense. As a part of the Golden Image Award program, these awards recognize excellence on the statewide level.
The Golden Image Awards competition is conducted annually by the Florida Public Relations Association to recognize outstanding public relations programs in Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism in the state.
