Pushing the Envelope, Inc. (PTE), a local marketing communication firm was recently honored with a Judges’ Award from the Florida Public Relations Association at the organization’s 79th Annual Golden Image Awards.
The Judges’ Award was given for the results PTE generated for Gulf Coast Town Center’s event, ‘Gulf GHOST Town Center’ last fall. This year’s judges consisted of out-of-state, accredited PR practitioners from PRSA, accredited and certified FPRA members who came from the Council of Past State Presidents and senior practitioners in FPRA’s Counselors’ Network who have at least 10 years of experience practicing public relations and have a history of winning Golden Image Awards. A Judges’ Award recognizes entries that generated maximum value with minimal expense. This is the 14th Golden Image Award recognition PTE has received since the firm’s inception eleven years ago.
The Golden Image Awards competition is conducted annually by the Florida Public Relations Association to recognize outstanding public relations programs throughout Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism in the state. They represent the standard of public relations excellence in the state of Florida. For more information about the local chapter, please visit http://www.fpraswfl.org.
